Call me old-fashioned, but there is something so special about physical media. Here’s a portion of my ongoing collection.
My CDs
I’m always listening to music (my streaming minutes were tracked at 63,393 this year). What that doesn’t account for, though, are my CD plays! You can scroll through some of my favorites from my shelf down below.
My Journal
I keep a multitude of journals on me at all times: one for my advertising courses, one for my science communication work, and one for birding. I also have one for my personal life, all my inner thoughts and musings. For this personal project, I decided to get a blank journal and pass it around among my friends to highlight how the practice can become a communal activity. You can scroll through the entires below.
My Polaroids
Some of my earliest memories start with a camera. From the light-pink digital one I carried everywhere as a child, to my first DSLR, I later expanded to Polaroids. Photography has always been a way for me to hold onto small, passing moments. These snapshots capture my travels, sweet moments between friends, and the little things that catch my eye.
